It's all about your attitude, I had trouble with this at first too. Here's EXACTLY what you do. Seem like you know exactly what you are doing, and that what she is doing worthless. Because she well sense that you are confident, she will try and impress you (by grinding on you). Works every time 100%.

I always see more girl-on-girl grinds than girl-on-guy grinds at clubs.
So, if you're a guy, the best way for you to get a girl to grind on you is shave your legs, dress in a short red minidress, and dance on the floor like a girl.

If your at a club walk up to the girl and ask her what her name is then ask if she wants to dance... grinding is usually done at hip hop clubs lol idk bout other clubs cuz i havent been to them. But dont seem like a molester. Dont stare at girls, its creepy. or u could just walk behind them while theyre dancin and they start grindin... cuz if u just walk behind them and your ugly they dont see that youre ugly and they dance. lol... if you mean at a strip club, give them money theyll do it. At home with a girl, ask her to dance for u!!!
