Too much of any drug can be very dangerous, you should go to your local emergency room immediately. Some drugs affect your respiratory system and all drugs affect your organs, liver and kidneys. Too much Lexapro can result in kidney failure or heart failure.

its going to make you really sick....it wont kill you b/c lexapro is a slow release antidepressent....the med will be slowly put into your body...and u will just get sick....if u just taking this med and u have had an increased though of suicide then u need to talk to your dr....it is really serious and needs to be taken care of

It depends on how much you took. Contact a pharmacist from a local drug store and or call poison control. Too much of any medication will kill you.
