Sounds like he is flirting to me!! If he isn't doing that to other girls, then he likes you. He might do it to other girls too, but I'm sure only the one's he likes. If you like him, smile back and wait for him to come to you. If he doesn't come to you and talk to you after a week, then write him a note or something. But, be prepared, some boys will show their friends and tell everyone if you write a note or talk to him first. If you like your self, and have confidence - that shouldn't be a problem.
