Lol, as I type this I am finishing up a 1L bottle of water. anyways i was like you just yesterday i couldnt drink more than 2 cups in an hour. now i finished this liter in 30 minutes. all you have to do is drink as much water as you can (in your case 3) about every hour - 2.. and your body will want more water as it gets used to it
or you could just move to saudi arabia or something.

You should drink 8 eight ounce glasses of water a day. 8 oz. is equal to one cup. I'm sure there's a measuring cup in your house. Fill it up with water, pour it into a drinking glass. You'll see that it probably holds 2 cups. So with one normal drinking glass of water, you are already getting 16 oz. So really, you only need to drink 4 drinking glasses full. 64 oz. a day of water isn't THAT much, it's just that most people don't realize what 8 oz. is. I hope this helps!!!

Spread your glasses of water out. Start just trying to drink four glasses a day then move up to six and then eight. I drink more than 8. Good luck

I drink a Fifth of Canadian Mist through the day and chase it with Ice Water. Sometimes I drink as many as 10 Glasses of water with this approach.
One thing you may try is when you make a glass of ice water, put a slice of lemon in it. It tastes pretty good that way.

How can you not manage to drink more than three cups?
It's easy you have around say 16 hours while you're awake. That's half a cup an hour. Shouldn't be that hard.

Replace some of the sodas/teas/juices you drink with water.
The trick is not so much to force yourself to drink water, but to get enough exercise enough to need 8 glasses.

It takes a while to build a tolerance in your bladder to how much water you can hold. It doesn't take long, maybe a couple of weeks and you'll probably notice a big difference. (Drinking water that tastes good helps a lot, try out a few kinds).

Drink less soda, tea, juice, etc. Bring a glass of icewater with you whenever you are home and sip on it. Water bottles at work.
