a male coworker is tempting me to cuss him out. he constanly puts me out on front street and he always asking me how im doing within the same day. i get pissed off easily what should i do?

Take a deep breath and count to 100....or use polite sarcasm...think of witty things before going to work to use on him. Kill him with kindess or polite sarcasm....I hope that helps...I work with a know it all older woman (she needs to retire!) She turns my crank and use these tips and it helps!

Ask him why he's doing it.... then answer with a clarifying restatement that makes him look like a complete imbecile...
"Why do you insist on pestering me?"
"Because its fun..."
"So what you're saying is that short-term fun is more important and valuable that lasting friendships?"
"Why do you try so hard to make me angry?"
"Because you're so cute when you're mad..."
"So, my looking cute is more important than a good atmosphere at work?"
"Why are you so opposed to being nice?"
"Because it's easier."
"So, you're lazy? and proud of it? I'll help you out and make sure to tell the boss that."

ignore the jerk. he gets happy knowing he's gotten to you. if you ignore him, he'll get bored eventually and stop.
