Just outside Rome, since Romans wouldn't have crucified someone in the city limits. It's now the Vatican City, beneath St. Peter's Cathedral.

In Rome, Since Nero the king Stuck Christians on poles and light them on fire alive. He was Gruesome. He Burned down Rome. a famous saying: "Nero played the Fiddle while Rome burned". he was crucified upside down, but then his last words: It was An Honor to die for you Lord, Jesus Christ
