Ok, when I'm wearing a bikini, you could easily see my entire ribcage, but at the same time, I have some stomach bulge. It's like the fat thats supposed to be concealing my ribs, just sank into my tummy. Is this normal? How can I get rid of this?

This can be caused by some of the foods you eat! Try eating a diet high in fiber. Lots of fruits and veggies. While you are changing your eating habits, start exercising. Sit ups are good for the lower abdomen.

I don't know how old you are, but when you age your skin starts to loose it's elasticity and gravity sets in!! Hence the "battle of the bulge" begins!!

Some ab exercises would help along with aerobics to burn any excess fat.

A good balanced diet ~ including protein, carbs, etc. is essential.

First, if you are depriving yourself of nourishment it can very well be a symptom of that. I have no way of knowing this. Have you ever seen the poor little children in Africa, the starving little children? See how their bellies are pudged out and their ribs show? That is starvation....so, ask yourself if that is a symptom you are having or not. I would hate to think of children starving and you not eating on purpose....that would really be sad. I pray not. Please say it isn't true. That is my opinion, if it is.
