Isaiah 3:16-17

16 The LORD says,
"The women of Zion are haughty,
walking along with outstretched necks,
flirting with their eyes,
tripping along with mincing steps,
with ornaments jingling on their ankles.

17 Therefore the Lord will bring sores on the heads of the women of Zion;
the LORD will make their scalps bald."

Religion or religious movies never give you a true description of what it was like back then. During Biblical times there was practically no sanitation. People bathed once a month if they were lucky and 95% of the people had head lice. The best way to get rid of them was to shave your head.

I think that God was going to let the enemies of Israel get them, because of her sins, and then they would go as captives. The enemies would shave the heads of the women (and other punishments would take place).

:
Isa 3:24
And it shall come to pass, that instead of sweet smell there shall be stink; and instead of a girdle a rent; and instead of well set hair baldness; and instead of a stomacher a girding of sackcloth; and burning instead of beauty

There is no such scripture in the old testament.

Dunno... probably in Leviticus... You should check out 2 Kings 2:23-25, though... it's pretty funny.
