Could not give you the exact number but hundreds of thousands at least. I'm a Muslim, i have never "fought" with another Muslim. Neither has any Muslim i know. There are lots of very large countries that are Muslim and have no conflict what so ever. You are just referring to a select few it in no way represents all Muslims. I love all my Muslim brothers and sisters and would never fight any of them, ever.

In general, the most common religious disputes are between religions, not simply within a religion. To find a religion that actually fought against each faction of itself, you would have to look to English and French history - though, admittedly those were more due to political intrigues of that period than otherwise.
