This is what I had today:
Special K cereal with 2% milk [250 calories]
granola bar [130 calories]
some pickles [0]
noodles [430 calories]
piece of whole wheat bread [90 calories]
2% milk [130 calories]
Special K cereal with 2% milk [300 calories, I had a little more cereal]
Total- 1330
I burned 430 on the treadmill.
I'm so hungry right now, If I go on the treadmill and burn 200 calories, would it be ok if I ate something? I don't have any fruits/veggies left, only pickles =(

I don't have any fruits and veggies because my mom decided not to go to the grocery store today.. I usually snack on those when I'm hungry.
I'm a vegetarian. So I can't have turkey.
I'm going to eat some pickles and drink some more water and see if I have enough energy to go on the treadmill for 30 minutes. I already went on an hour before..

I AM fat which is why I have to drink 2% milk..usually its fat free though but my mom got 2% this time
I'm worried about the sodium for the pickles.. 200mg for every 6 pieces.

It sounds like you are interested in tracking everything with your body. There is a computer program that will help you do that. It's called Diet Power and I think they offer a free trial.
You enter all your data and it tells you how long it will take you to reach your weight goal and it will track your daily caloric intake. All you have to do is each day enter what you have eaten and what exercises you have done.
All that aside, it sounds like you can afford to eat more today. Your have a net of 900 calories before you break even! Have a sandwich or some toast and a glass of milk, dear!

You eat very healthy, but the mind is a very powerful thing. If you eat at 8:30 and truly believe you are going to gain weight, you probably will. Keep your mindset positive and keep eating the way you are. If it is after 8 and you are hungry, eat something that is healthy, like a small salad, whole grain popcorn (100 calorie bags) or some yogurt, You will not gain weight because you stay active through out the day and dont eat too much sugar. If you are eating a bunch of fat or sugar before you sleep you might gain weight, but i still dought it because you are a healthy eater, keep it up and stay motivated, eat if your body tells you to and dont eat when you are bored, it is as simple as that!

Well it sounds like your a health nut. I mean really 2 % is that because u think your fat. Look u should know u really shouldnt eat after 6 but in your case with the diet and all i would thinks its ok to eat something light, but pickles can give u nightmares and heartburn. Its up to you hope this help

forget the treadmill, put on some shoes and walk to the local market and buy a load of fruits and vegetables. They are not only inexpensive, they are really healthy and low in calories. Plus, by keeping well stcoked with fresh fruits and vegetables you can snack as you please without gettign stressed out over them causing excess weight gain. Oh, and if you want to eat somethign that definitely helps keep on the slim side, try celery. You burn more calories chewing and digesting it than it provides. Thus it makes one excellent snack as long as you don;t have to add anythign to it.

Why dont you have a salad? If you cant then have something small and filling like an apple, and lots of water. Also, remember that its ok to eat a little later if youre going to be up for a couple more hours.

okay you should have tea if you dont want to eat anything because it flls you up but u can burn calories on the tredmil but as long as you drink water the sodium shouldn't be that much to worrie about but try and go to the grocery store.
