If what your asking is what is the newest discovered wine/grape in the world today?- Blends of various are once again coming back in .Merlot has been around for awhile. Shirazs are becoming the latest blend grape.

Your question wasn't overly clear, but the latest fads in wine (that have decent merit) are ice wines... and Malbecs from Argentina... and Little Penguin wines from Australia.

It's a nice drop of Red, full bodied. Always tastes better from the tap.
