when i went to his house, he set up a very nice atmosphere: soft and dark light, slow music, and warm fire place. but i was really nervous , i sat in his sofa for three hours and did not move my bottom, then i end up ran away. very embarrossing.

Invite him across to ours for a meal...
Set the atmosphere with low lighting, soft music, just as he did...
Have a bath with a glass of wine before he gets there just to relax yourself. (Be warned, do not drink too much, he will find that incredibly unattractive).
If your serving dinner, you will be too busy to be nervous..
Then after dinner, sit next to him but RELAX... Body language says an awful lot and if you sit there with your arms crossed staring into the void, he is going to find you unaproachable...
Instead, lean into the corner of the sofa, facing him, curl your legs underneath you if that is comfortable, so your knees are towards him... Look him in the face and listen to what he has to say... Try and find common subjects of interest,something you are passionate about and that way he gets an inkling of just how passionate you can be in real world terms..
Don't dare to turn the TV on as an escape mechanism...
Just listen, talk, enjoy a glass of wine together, laugh and have a good time...
When the time is right and he feels you won't reject his advances, he will make his move...

He he ... most likely he is very upset as thinks he's blow it with you and now you think hes some kind of evil schemeing pervert creap who will never speak to him again or tell everyone.
As said Ill bet he's feeling worse then you especailly after all that effort.
What YOU need to do is ask him out so he still thinks he has a chance as as you er legged it.
But instead of a rule ridden date do somone fun and playfun so you dont get so stressed out... Preferably something you can get touchy like giving rollerbalde lessons... even better if falling over each other.
And not with your mates. maybe go cinema and nuzzle into him, if he does not dare whisper he can put your arm around you if he wants... if he does and still nervous whisper doesn't he want to reach futher or pull his hand down to your boob and kiss him
Problem is you aint given your age but by his house Im guessing you are over 16 so how about playing strip poker or stirp playstation or something like that... start normal then maybe bet your bra... if he does really well he gets to take it off himself.
Or something involving wetsuits which you find rather difficult to get on or off as you seem strangly to get the zipper caught so need a hand.
Maybe play nervous... you know the teenage game whereone starts running hand up your arm or his leg asking if they are nervous... Nervous = stop. When you turn to say nervous take your time (how far dep on your age).
Bounmouth? invite him down for surfing lessons... pre wetsuit you have the opportunity to let him see you in your skimiest bikini or even accidently leave your changing room door just open enough with back turned so he can accidently see you getting changed and check you out which he will deny ender toture. takes timing.
Then you can help him into his wetsuit (lots of opps for feeling up) then showing him how to surf... more feeling oppotunities likewise all those stretchy exercises
Then after wards was getting out of cold wetsuits can rub each other wamrm,, more touchy feeling help out of suits.
Your towel can 'accidently' slip off or get caught on something
or you can ask him to dry your back and run hard as you are cold then your front. and take his time then hold you as all cold...
Only dont embaras him by noting what the cold does to his manhood unless old enough to ge the size back with hand or mouth.
ie over 16.

Obviously he really wanted you. I think you were just afraid of rejection but think about it if he set up all of that for you something was bound to happen. Let it flow. If you really want it make the first move, guys like that.
