I have the greatest secret for you it changed my life forever with the energy of a kid again, ite Bee Royal Jelly and Bee Pollen, they are both high in proteins and B complex vitamins, amino acids and minerals, it is the most amazing food supplement I found and that it works. I have been taking it for more than a year lost 60 pounds and now I have the energy to work full time chase my three kids ,please my husband and go to the gym .. You can read more at http://www.beeroyalproducts.com this is where I buy mine. it is the best quality by far I found after trying many others . Good Luck ...it works, you are probably deficient in B vitamins that is what causes that kind of tiredness, and I am 40 something :)

Naps are not always a bad thing, you can acually burn calories while you sleep! Ifyou want to have more energy throughout the day always eat breakfast- whole grains and low fat, like toast with yogurt, special k cerial or oatmeal. Try eating 5-6 small meals a day to keep your metabolism active, meals consisting of protien like, nutrition bars, fruit, whole grains and vegies.

See your doctor and get a blood test. You may have blood sugar variations or need some vitamin B1.

I like a good nap.
Maybe your body just needs the extra sleep.
Do you take vitamins?
