dont put anything in writing unless you want other people to read it if i was you i would just tell him but not in an e-mail

Send him an email HINTING AT IT; it is more enticing that way to get him thinking about it, wondering, curious...

look i hAVE THE SAME PROBLEM BUT IF U REALLY WANT HIM BAK TELL HIM ON THE PHONE NOT ON EMAIL ITS KIND OF GAY BECUZ THEN IF HE DOSENT REPLY UR GUNNA BE WAITING LIKE A FOOL AND FEEL SAD BUT IF U KNOW HE DOSENT WANT YOU MOVE ON DERES MANY FISH IN DA SEA LOL
