Don`t worry about it mate .You don`t need to be a Demon who will burn in hell, to get that lot going
You could just as easily be a Muslim who should be boiled alive in oil
or like me ,an illiterate retard who should get the hell out of their country(i`m not even in it)
But your right in one thing ,this seems to be the Christian attitude that's prevalent .unfortunately for a lot of them they don`t seem to even have the most basic understanding about the real beliefs of their own religion so never expect them to understand yours
I don`t delete my hate mail (and i get loads ) i save it until my mates come round and we all read it together and have a good laugh
Try it it puts the stupid things they say into perspective The only person who comes out off it with no dignity are the ones who sent it .

It's not a Christ-like attitude at all. Christians have a responsibilty to preach the Gospel, which includes telling people of other faiths about Christianity, but it's flat-out wrong to hurt somebody by belittiling their faith. It's ok to disagree with somebody else's faith and to tell them about your own, but that is most definetely not the way to go about it. A person writing an email like that just wants to puff up their own pride (by making themselves feel like they're better than the peson they're attacking), which is not a Christ-like attitude at all.
Christianity is about love all the way through, and when I say love, I don't mean romantic love or warm gooshy feelings or anything like that. I mean the sacrifical love the Greeks called Agape love, the love that means you sacrifice in order to meet the needs of others, even when that means your own needs and desires don't get met. Part of that is telling people about God, because according to Christianity the deepest need of every human is a relationship with God and so Christians want to help others meet that need, but it's important to do it in love. That is, to do it with the specific intent of meeting their needs and caring about that person, not just puffing yourself up or making yourself feel good. If a Christian shares his faith in love, he'll be considerate of the other person's feelings and beliefs and strive to not hurt them. Whoever mailed you failed at that.

I must first apologize for this person whom is supposedly representing the christian community. One can and should speak the truth without insulting or trying to make the other person feel bad. However Jesus is the truth, the way and the light. Of that I have no doubt.

Well Pangel if this person really was secure in there faith they would have no need to attack yours. It only says something about them not anything about you. Who is he to say who will go to hell or heaven for that matter? God and God alone makes the decisions on that one. I'm a Muslim and it does not bother me in the slightest what you are. You have always answered your questions with honesty and with an open mind and heart. Can this person say the same? Sleep soundly Pangel don't give this loser a second though. Peace to you.

Your avatar dose look alittle sad.... too much negative vibes from YA probably.... as to the email you received...that is not from one of The True Christian Faith... no one of The True Faith would say that to a total stranger... personaly I find your avatar kind of cute... a bit on the young side for me... so more cute in a grandaughter ish way.... I got three grandaughters three yr. old twins and a 5 yr old.... always have some Ike & mike's on me to chreer them up with... if I don't have them they get sad... if you can find some keep them handy and they will cheer you up.

Oh honey! I'm so so sorry. No its not a christian attitude but dont be sad they do it to each other. Heres a secret. I'm a born again Christian and I am getting really close to an Atheist. Do not let it get you down... keep the faith. I tell my kids all the time, "It is the Christians who are hurting the reputation of Christ more than the World. So, we must even more watch ourselves and stay strong. The world is watching us. Too many of us do not recognize or understand that what we do affects the lost tremendously! Pangel, you're an awesome person and I always enjoy reading your posts. I have no idea who would send you something like that but they must have a serious attitude problem, whoever they are. No, it's not Christ-like attitude at all, you're absolutely right.
