Where do I go to get a copy of instruction manual for a Cannon Digital camera?

Go to www.canon.com and click the support/technical support menu. Type in your model and you should have it. You can also find many manuals on www.amazon.com. Just look up your camera and about halfway down the page there should be a manual button. It's not a guarantee, though.

go to canon.com and download the canon pdf file for your camera and after you do this either burn the pdf file to a cd or a dvd for your reference.
