First, there is a guy I like and we always tease each other. Plenty of people say I like him, like go "Dude, she like totally likes you." and he doesn't respond. What does this mean? He doesn't like me and is just trying to be polite?

he most likely likes you too... guy friends usually say things like that when THEY themselves know something about their friend... (the fact that he also likes you). and also guys get really macho-like when they are around their friends and so he wouldn't want to say that when they are around. so i don't think you need to worry at all!

dude, he totally doesnt care if you like him or lot. naw im joking, i mean if my dudes came up to me and said, "dude she totally likes you" i really wouldnt know how to respond to that without sounding over-cheesy in front of my guy friends. maybe he just doesnt know how to respond yet or he's unsure how he feels all together.

Don't worry about whether he likes you or not; just keep doing what you are doing. Let him show you that he likes you and don't give too much away until then.
