Depending on the age the pup maybe teething and the more "appropriate" toys you can provide the better. For my pup pig ears and hooves have proven to be a good deterrent, if they dont work some petstores and vet offices have a product called bitter apple that can be sprayed on objects and hopefully work to detur the pups obsession (does not always work, my other dog has come to like the taste)

In my opinion, the puppy is probably chewing because its teeth are coming in. What i'd do is say "NO!" whenever they start chewing on something. There's this type of sour apple spray might find in stores, which is safe for them and if they dont like the taste then they might stop chewing. Or you can get a hot pepper, cut off part of it, then rub it on something that won't get affected by it, like an outdoor wooden chair.

Part of the answer is to ensure that things he isn't supposed to get into are secured in a cabinet or somewhere he can't get to them.
The other part of the answer is to look for a trainer to clicker train him to do things that help her rather than give her problems. He can be happily trained to fetch things for her, to pick things off the floor, to turn light switches on and off, to close cabinets, etc. If this is done with clicker training or another method of positive reinforcement you'll find he enjoys the work and over time will do more of this desirable stuff instead of the problematic stuff.

He is probably still teething. I gave my dog a cooked soup bone to knaw on and that helped greatly. Get two though. One for the pup and for the 'resident' Shepherd.

He's a puppy. Without proper supervision and constant correction when he does wrong, he is going to chew things up and generally raise hell. Your elderly friend needs someone more able to be there to provide the supervision and correction.

dogs are omnivores and scavengers. interior the wild they are going to consume purely approximately something. Poop normally has an excellent sort of foodstuff in it. Disgusting, i understand, yet there it is. freshen up today after the dogs has pooped, then compliment the dogs and supply it a yummy handle. The dogs will come to associate pooping with the compliment and handle from you rather than a recycled banquet.

ok this is easy, you can get spray that distracts animals from areas...you can get it at a pet store. I used it for my cat who kept crapping in my flower pot. Just be careful, test your carpet areas first, its stained my white carpet a little
