How do you change the currency on Microsoft Office from Euros to Dollars? My program only has Euros?

Normally on older programs there are currency options, but the new program I bought seems set in Euros and seems to offer only Euros. I think it may have been developed for the UK, but I bought it in Panama and I need it in dollars.

Change your Numbers format (sign) to dollars and to do that read the help in Office.... search for currency format
