First off, American as a whole isn't Christian, just as Irak as a whole isn't Muslim. There are Muslims in the U.S. as there are Christians in Irak.
No one could truly and honestly know how the world would change by switching religions around. I do guarantee, on the other hand, both believe their religion is the right and true faith. That is, after all, why it is religion and faith.

You spelled Iraq wrong lady! That would not happen, if America was muslim they would not invade Iraq because they would not want there oil in the area as they do now. Poor Iraq. all those people dying there because america invaded them - and for what - money..money..money. oh well, everything someday would be cool on the day of judgement. Peace.

Simply: America would have wiped Iraq from the face of the earth already.
Most Muslims want tolerance when they are minority, but demand everybody to be a Muslim if they are a majority. If you doubt it, just see the Muslim countries, where the majority are Muslims. It is forbidden to change religion, even with death in many of them.

As a Muslim I feel this way.
America were Muslim you would never see the what the media sees Islam is now. Things would be done the right way, they would be done with wisdom and diplomacy.
Iraq I really don't know, perhaps it might only be a shadow of its former self.

Is Bush waging a war in Iraq because they are Muslim? Was his excuse not they had weapons of mass destruction that never existed? I did not realize the war was against Muslims. He will have a heck of a lot more countries to wage unjust wars in then wont he? Note the sarcasm.

Then Iraqi fighters would have been shot down before they could ever reach American soil or airspace. The war would have been over before it ever started.
