Time for a martini!

1 2/3 oz. Gin
1/3 oz. Dry Vermouth

Shake, don't stir! with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a twist of lemon peel or an olive.

I wish we could have a brainless vacation together. Good times! Maybe our brains could chill back home and think up something good while we have fun!

If a comedian read your question, they would have a hay day...that's so darn funny because we all feel the same, but can't articulate it:) Okay, let me catch my breath from laughter, it's just the way you put it:)

First of all, you have to divert your focus, you need a break from stress. Find something that you love to do, sports, art, social interaction, physical exercise, reading, anything that will divert your brain from the mundane stress you're experiencing. The key is diversion, give your brain a break and focus on your favorite activity, whatever it may be, and find something joyful. Exercise really helps a lot, those endorphins really relive stress.

I know you're asking a very serious question, it's just the way you asked, thanks for the chuckle...the way you asked the question is priceless!
