I don't know if any website exists. If it does, it's just an estimate. I worked in a rural office. Our crowns cost $500. If you go into the city, (20 minutes away), they cost $800. There's just such a big difference everywhere.
The best thing you can do is go to a dentist for an evaluation and x-rays. Let the dentist give you your options, then call around to check prices in your area. Take the x-rays with you so you're not charged for them if you go somewhere else. Also, call dental schools. Remember to call places that are a little out of the way. The savings may be substantial.

I know of dentists that take a lot, and others that take a lot less. For a single implant I heard everything between $1,500 and 8,000!

It's important that you consider your age and profession in the picture.... if you are young and interacting with people, the cost is higher because the work has to be done better (more details, better materials, long-term stuff).
