How about all THREE.
The guidelines are that we now get at least 9 fruits and vegetables per day. That is hard to accomplish but you can do it if you get in three with dinner. Keep the portions small though. The variety is what counts.
And remember corn is not a vegetable it is a starch. It is metabolized differently than veggies. It goes into the bread category. It is still good for you but it can not count as one of the vegetables you need. So add carrots. It is best to mix up the colors at each meal.

No clue what you're having with it but I would say green beans they go with EVERYTHING. Corn and peas are good too but they are starchy and you may have enough starch in your meal already.

Do you have a grill outside...
corn roasted inside the husk...
or you can ever cook it in the microwave with the husk still on...
also i love to lightly brown fresh cut corn in a skillet with virgin olive oil...add pimento's and chives and some fresh garlic...
sprinkle lightly with fresh parmeson cheese after you place it on the plate....heads will turn...ok goes great with lamb, roast,beef, poultry...anything even fish....serve witha garlic toast, pita bread or fresh tortillia's....
