There's a secret.
The models you see in TV ads quite often have very coarse (meaning the hair itself is thick) hair. This makes it hang very straight, and not flyaway or liable to tangle.
You'll also notice that many of the action shots are in slow motion.
Those of us with fine hair, or who are being observed in real time, can't possibly compete with that...so, relax! It's an impossible standard for most of us.

Hire a hair stylist to do it. Then don't even think about going outside because the rain and wind will mess it up instantly!!
You know that the second the women in the adverts go outside, their hair gets messed up as well, it either will frizz, go flat, or their hair extensions will tangle up; so don't be so hard on yourself.

add loads and loads of lighting and camera tricks,no-ones hair looks that good,a lot of hard work by the stylist and cameramen etc make it look that good.think about it,does Davina Mccall etc really use a home hair dye that costs £4?.

Get an exceptionally skilled professional hairdresser to spend an hour a day making it look like that.

Everyone on TV is made to look especially beautiful. They probably dont look that incredibly amazing in real life.

Take care of your hair stay away from heat ceramic heat is safe also get ur hair washed every 2 weeks

For a start hair extensions,and then become a hair stylist so you can constantly do your own hair.

I don't think its possible. I use herbal essences shampoo/conditioner and my hair never looks like the commercials.
