Ho do I hook up my postable DVD player to my TV?

My regualr DVD player just kicked the bucket. Is there a way to hook up my postable DVD to my TV? I have magnavox MPD845.

Any help be greatly appreciated!

your portable dvd player should have come with an A.V. cord which hooks up to your portable dvd player and the other side of the cord should yellow and white plug-ins which you plug into your tv like a regular dvd player
