I agree with the previous ansverer - soak them in bleach.
How much time it will take depends on the size of seashells and how clean they have to become, and which bleach you'll use.
So take a container, fill it with bleach diluted with water 1 to 1 (but first read cautions and recommendations for use, and don't use bleach that removes limescale - it may damage your seashells). Then put seashells into container, and check them each 1/2 hour. that would be the most precise method.
Or you can leave them in bleach over night, which would definitely clean your seashells.

Good luck :)

50-50 solution is when you add one part of liquid (or whatever you wanna dissolve or dilute) to one part of water (or other solvent). numbers 50-50 mean percentage of each component.

I sterilized shells for my fishtank by boiling them, or actually just putting them in the sink and pouring boiling water over them.
This seemed to work, and was a better alternative for me over bleach which I am always positive I would spill on my clothes.
