You can mix either blue and yellow or blue and green. Blue and yellow is tricky, because it may dry to a more yellow or lime tint than you intended. Blue and green is tricky because it may dry to a more blue shade than you intended.
The best approach is not to ask here, but to go to a home improvement store or a paint store and find the color chip you want. That's what grownups do.

blue & yellow if it's for house paint you can buy the tints from blonders There tints run from $12 or so for black or white to about $26 or so for some of them I only buy the primary colors those prices are for quarts

navy blue and lime green can maybe make the color you want. if you go to sheman williums they are a great help and can get the answer you wants and more!!! good luck
