okay i have issues with conversation starters for talking to guys

Much of it depends on your age... but you said "boys" so I'm assuming you're in your early teens? How about some of these for starters:
"Hi, what's your name?"
"I'm heading out to the game/pep rally/gym/Burger King/???? .... you feel like coming along?"
"Hey, don't you take math/science/english/???? in 4th period? I'm in that class too..."
"I think I've seen you with John/Jeff/Bill/Tyrone/???? ... are you guys friends?"
"Didn't I see you at the mall/game/dance/???...?"
"Can you believe this rain/snow/heat/cold/???... ?"
I mean, there's almost no end to them... just think of something that seems to apply and ask him about it. He'll respond and then you respond... go on from there. Don't make it harder than it has to be. Good Luck :)

Just observe the guy and think of things you can ask about, for example, the classes he's taking, the sports he's in, where he went on vacation etc. Anything that shows you've been noticing him and needs more than a one word answer should get the conversation rolling. Avoid topics that are too personal at first.

Just keep looking cute and make eye contact. Eventually he will come to you and ask a dumb question just to start a conversation and just roll with it.

dont try to flirt at first just like a normal conversation u would have with anyone

Ask him. tell the actuality. tell him with regard to the rumors and ask for affirmation or negation. that's an exceedingly harmless and logical question. See how he reacts, then act thus.
