between topside mince and steak mince?
because when i go to the butcher the topside mince is $5 and all you get is a little bit,but when you look at the steak mince you get heaps for $5...just want to know wqhat the diff is??

The best way to buy meat is too buy it in bulk than you cut out your Steaks, Chicks, roast and cube steaks all in one bug hunk...hmmm sounds good

Not sure what the terms are in here in the US (I assume you are in the UK)
Sounds like topside mince is our ground sirloin (leaner and more expensive, more tender cut) and your steakmince is our fattier ground chuck (fattier and cheaper, tougher cut).
