Do you get your blood pressure checked ? Too high or too low can trigger headaches that can be very dangerous.
Migraines usually fallow a pattern, you smell something thats not there. You have a sensitivity to light or sound and maybe even temperature changes.
Sinus headaches are located at the bridge of your noise and can affect your eye as well as your ears. Feels like a pressure building up and can be unbearable.
Tention headaches are felt at the back of the head. Hear you can actually feel the never cords in the back of your neck when they are tight and close together.
Cluster headaches can be a combination of headaches, or a headache that runs from the crown of your head down one side. These can actually be worst then a migrain headache. They come and go, and each bought seems to get worst. These can be fallowed with depression.
Some headaches are simply hormone related and will correct them selves in time.
If your not sure what to do, ask a family Doctor...If he does not give you an answer your happy with ask to see a pain doctor. Most Hospitals now have one or can point you to one.

So many things can be the cause of headaches.. foods, drinks, eye strain, back, posture, stress .. Try to figure out what triggers the headaches then eliminate the possible triggers. If things do not get better see a docter..

A multitude of things can cause your headaches. Any foods, drinks, eye strain, back pain, posture, stress levels, whiplash, damage to your shoulder, head or neck, any allergies, migraines or even lighting in your surroundings. Start by seeing a doctor. List your suspicions beforehand by process of elimination of possible triggers. Then see an eye doctor if you suspect any eye problems. Better to be safe than sorry.
Good Luck! :)
