you have the perfect out! you just have to be honest and tell her "I have a girlfriend; you are a great person... cool... cute..." whatever.... but I'm only able to be friends; Make sure you don't send her mixed signals! Be honest and don't get too close. If you really like your girlfriend, avoid putting yourself in any situation that might be either tempting or make you look guilty!!

personally, i think that you should just tell the other girl that you do not like her like that.. and that you have a girl friend whom you love, tell her that you both could still be friends but, you do not want anything more out of it. or atleast at this time. Let her know how you feel about everything and make sure you tell her you are not looking for a relationship at the present time because you have a girl friend in which you love.

Then make it clear to this other girl you have a gf and are not available for anything but a friendship. Talk about your gf by name and talk about plans you two have for the weekend, etc. so the other girl knows you are only into your gf. Then make sure your actions match your words so you don't send this other girl mixed messages.
