ok well there's this guy (i am not going to lie i do like him)(were close friends) well he talks to me, n when there is a gruop of ppl the makes jokes about me, sometimes i see chilling by my locker alot(with some other people)he tends to pop up where i am alot, he asks me to hold stuff for him when i am sitting down watching his games(even tho i am like in the middle of soo many people) after schools we go to the mall and he makes jokes (about me i might add again)and he looks me in my eyes does he like me...?and should i tell him i like him...?

Sometimes the direct approach is best, just ask. But if that seems too bold for your liking, look for the following signs. Pay attention to your conversations with the person in question.
1) Does this person show a special interest in having a conversation with you and, once started, make an effort to keep that conversation going?
2) Has this person taken a sudden interest in your life and hobbies? This is a sure sign that he or she is interested in something.
3) Other elements of body language include frequent eye contact, holding your gaze and looking down before looking away.
4) Does the person you're wondering about just plain smile at you a lot?

Ash: Well I think that you need 2 give more info.. then that, cuz from my perspective he just thinks of you as a friend or takes u as a joke cuz all he doin is crackin on you in ya face and u think its cute... and another thing... since u LIKE him u may look at some of the signals that dont mean nuttin as sumthin....
But many people look in your eyes... it may sound special but alot of people do it so thats no clue right there.... A clue is like hitting eachother, alot of laughing, alot of staring, alot of touching... you know that kind of stuff....
Naomi: Well I agree with Ash in the sense that you need to give mor info...it is a bit abstract...But i will give you the advice of "flirting" back(if that's what he's doing)....Last, just bcuz they luk in ya eyes don' mean he likes you....it kuld juss b he's paying attention...it's also called MANNERS 2 luk @ sum1 when they talk 2 you.

When you say he makes jokes, I assume you mean he kids around with you and is not deliberately making fun of you or being cruel. I think it's obvious he likes you. He's probably thinking the same thing you are and wondering the same thing you are...so maybe you should just tell him that you think about him as more than just a friend and you can't help it but you do and see what he says. Be bold.

If you have a moment when your not around everyone, ask him what's up with that joke you made about me? You kinda like me dont cha? Make it light hearted, kinda joking. Maybe you'll get a straight answer from him. If he says NO!!, say something like; "okay, just checking".
Laugh, and walk away. If he says yes, say" I kinda like you too"... or whatever. Go for it.
