Check out this website, it contains information you may be interested in. Briefly, it explains that our stomachs are acidic and our intestines are alkaline, therefore, no food nor beverage will change the acid/alkaline blood levels. Who knows, I've been interested in this, too, especially in the vinegar aspect, but...???? Now I'm reading articles such as this.

Your body maintains a constant pH (that is the amount of acid and alkali) in your blood at all times when you are healthy.
There is no such thing as "promoting an alkaline body to prevent cancer".
But you should always maintain a healthy diet.

a new study just came up that described the certain ingredient in spicy foods that kills cancer. The ingredient in spicies that does this is called capsaicin. This ingredient kills the mitochodria of cancer cells and fights cancer better than chemo itself, they are currently doing research to make a pill out of this extract.
