Wash your hands with warm water or wrap a heating pad around it, you really should not be worried about it unless it happens continuously, then you need to see your Doctor

Rub both your hands together for a while. If you still continue to feel cold then you should try to keep yourself warm. Usually it is very common but if you are concern or have any other health condition then you should seek medical advice.

Mega : well it means yourself has "Cold & wind chapped Hands"
the best effort is wearing wool mittens on both every hour
then other way rubb them until warm too .Or slow curculation
might be an cause ! try vitamin B12 ok ?

Sounds like poor circulation.Massage it firmly with left hand thumb in center of palm in a circular motion.
