i've met this girl who works near me, we seem to be flirting a little and we traded numbers, the other day we were supposed to go out but she got held back and had to cancel. She called me that night to apologize and called again later on and we had a nice talk for 30 minutes. The day after I called her twice (once in the morning, and once at night) and I got no response (i didn't leave a voicemail) the next day I sent her a text during the day but she hasnt texted me back. Its been 3 days since I last heard or talked to her...what do I do, should I just wait it out? What are the signs that she likes me? We've flirted a little and she asked me to go out the day that she had to cancel. But how do I know shes interested in me and not just trying to be good friends?

You are trying too hard! If you have already tried calling twice (doesn't matter that you didn't leave a message, she knows you called by her missed calls) and sent her a txt message she knows you want to talk to her! If she's into you she will return your call or txt you back. Otherwise don't keep trying, she might not be into you!
