If you are using chubby as a euphanism for fat than yes.

The definition:
Of, relating to, or supporting broad social, political, and educational change, especially to redress historical injustices in matters such as race, class, gender, and sexual orientation.

So being fat would have nothing to do with being P.C. Avoiding saying the word fat, to avoid hurting chubby's feelings would be P.C

Traditionally, western society has considered being chubby a foul and socially unacceptable trate for a woman to have, however it was seen as more acceptable for men. In eastern tradition, being chubby was often seen as a sign of good health and prosperity. In modern times, whilst accepted as a common problem, being chubby is often frowned apon and many judge people of this disposition (perhaps wrongly) to be lazy and flatulent. In conclusion, most western traditions do not look kindly or respect chubby people whilst in the east they are celebrated.

Oprah is P.C. and she has had her chubby times.

P.C. stands for politically correct - it has nothing to do with the person's looks, only how they choose to communicate.

To be PC one has only to use polite language and avoid alienating people or individual groups based on race, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation or disability.

One's bodily stature has nothing to do with being politically correct. The medical term is overweight or clinically obese, depending on how many extra pounds one is carrying.

If you're talking about the term "chubby", it is a relatively nice euphemism for the above medical terms although, as the guys will tell you, this word has another connotation which has nothing to do with weight.

Your body is a health issue, Never a political one.
Take care of your health and do not become any kind of sheep for social or political reasons, they are 2 separate things. (until being healthy is P.C. - we should be so lucky)

Nothing wrong with it. Just don't let anyone make you conform to what they want you to be.
