mood ring? lol
It's probably stress. try relaxing once in a while. or meditate.
If you still have a lot of mood swings, try to calm yourself down by counting to 10 in your head and taking a deep breath.

Mood swings can be hard to deal with and I'm sorry that you're going through this. It's good that you know what some triggers are, that's a start...but the trick is knowing how to regulate your emotions before they swing too far one way or the other.
Because things sound so difficult for you, it may be a good idea to get an assessment from a therapist so that you can get a better idea of what's going on and the best ways to treat this. You may also want to get a check-up with your family doctor to see if there's anything physical that's contributing to this.
There are medications that help with mood swings but these are usually for extreme cases, like bipolar disorder, and they're almost always used in conjunction with behavioral or cognitive therapy. These therapies (either one) can be a great help for emotion regulation and I went through something called DBT which is a therapy that teaches emotion regulation, stress tolerance and coping skills. This is a web page from a DBT site so that you can get an idea.

I hope that this is helpful for you and that things will get better for you soon. Take care

Well, there are several different meds available one the most highly used is Lithium for mood swings, as for what triggers them maybe you need to find a therapist that you can talk to. Because it could get worse. I hope you find some kind of help, all the best.

No I don't think there is a cure for mood swings. It's just what you go through. Ugh, I know I hate it when I have them. So, I don't really know what to tell yah. Just try to keep them under control. What I mean is if you suddenly feel ready-to-kill mad go away from people or you'll get in trouble for no reason. Believe me, I know.

It probably is mood swings, the best remedy I've found for them is just getting away and meditating for a couple hours, if you've never meditated, it's not that hard, just sit in a dark room, with only a candle for light, just sit, don't think, just try to relax. This always works for me!!!

I go through the same thing friend I don't get out and I'm one who likes to stay in the house all the time because the world is too hard to deal with but anymore I feel bad if I do anything, pain is so hard but hopefully if we all endure and believe in Christ, we'll all have a Mansion in Heaven. :)
