Its not magic but u can start taking prenatal vitamins r vitamins for Hair and nails(its always combo together). Depending if your hair is damage r not u may have to start washing your hair at least 2x a week. U can use Doo Gro Products or others that promote hair growth at Sally's Beauty Supply Store or at any Beauty Store and ask the person that works there if u have no idea what to look for. U should get a stimulating shampoo, conditioner and a mega conditioner that u usually have to keep on for 5 - 15 min with or without heat. U should also trim your hair at least every 4-6 weeks. Sometimes u can do this when the full moon is growing. Old Wives tale but never let me down. It will take time especially if your hair is short to reach shoulder length but keep at it and it will grow.

if i tell u these hair products to use u have to promise urself u will use it faithfully and u will have patient because hair doesnt grow overnight. these products will increase hair growth but dont expect to get it in 1 wk okay? go to a indian community. get shikakai powder. u can choose any oil-like parachute cocunut oil, alma oil, mustard oil, olive oil, and almond oil. in india women usually use cocunut oil.
twice a week warm the oil.apply a generous amount of warm oil on ur hair and scalp message it for 15 min. message it with ur finger tips and the balls of ur fingers. braid ur hair and sleep with a plastic cap. next morning use shikakai powder.its safe and herbal u can add alma powder and reetha powder if u want its ur choice. add water to the powder it will turn into a thick paste. leave this in fot 15-30 min. wash it of with water make sure every thing is rinse off okay u will see results in 3 mths good luck okay

Theres nothing really you can do except just wait and your hair will grow out. But if you want it looking long, then have your hair styler attach extensions on. Theyre cute too!

healthy diet - lots of water - be sure you are eating protein - do not overwork your present hair and Rogaine may work since it stimulates hair follicles that are dormant, about to be dormant, or those little fuzzy hairs...doesn't necessarily PROMOTE hair to grow faster but it can make present hair thicker and thinning to bald hair regrow...IF you get it before it is gone and the scalp is hardened

There isnt much to do about it, its kinda like if you have short nails and you want them to be longer, but you just have to wait. Be patient, and get it trimmed at least every 5 months.
Good luck with getting the longer hair you want.
