i cut myself. but i know thats not the right way to deal with things.
help?

you need to deal with your problems in some other way talk to someone like a counselor or something

I know how you feel, I used to cut myself a lot. What you should do is tell a few of your very closest friends that you cut yourself (they'll find out eventually even if you don't tell them, trust me). When you're really upset about something, your friends are your life savers. Ask them for their advice on your situation. MY friends are the reason I don't cut myself anymore, it's just a matter of being able to ask for their help and advice. Best wishes to you, good luck :)

Just keep yourself busy and not think about it. If you find someone to replace the lost person, that would definitely help. Otherwise, only time will heal. And stop with the cutting, that doesnt solve anything. Get a grip!

i did it already but, the physical pain will only last so long, the emotional pain will always be there. get cadbury's chocolate, go somewhere where you feel comfortable and remain there, put on some music from sarah mclachlan or sade, and just listen to the music... cry if you want and hopefully you'll feel abit better after....

just be around with friends. It takes time and it is hard but it is something that everyone goes through. It will get better just know that, and am sure that your young so your going to be moving on to bigger and better things.

oh no its not!!
well i myself had a broken heart and tht broken heart took a long time to heal...but it healed....up to this moment its still healing :( but its ok...what i did was spend lots of time with my friends and go to the mall...movies...do activities like that....flirt wit a couple ppl once in a while it will do u good..:)

This can be a sign of a serious psychiatric disorder, I would recommend that you see a professional.

go shopping therapy or 2 some spa, go out with friends, have fun, drink etc and FORGET everything

first of all stop cutting your self! second of all there wont be a lot you can do....every girls heart get broken at one point!! i suggest some cookie dough, shopping, manicure, pedicure, haircut.....just treat your self seriously get your self all made up!!!!!!!
