A mate of mine can't seem to get his MS Paint to work, he's tried a patch, and can't find it anywhere online to add it back on once he removes it so he can get back to his basic design work.
If anyone can help that would be great.

You can't download MS Paint.
Paint is installed with Windows, simply go to the add/remove programs look for the Add/Remove Windows Components on the left; simply add it back in.
You may have to have your Windows disk ready to pop in the drive.

Please try this site - it was advertised to contain Microsoft Paint but due to my college filter I am unable to look into it for you. Please have a look.
Notice:

It is strongly adivsed that the users creates a restore point in the System restore prior to downloading ANY applications.
Sadly I looked over a numerous website and it seems MS Paint can not be downloaded.

To be honest, mspaint is very basic and not good. You should tell your friend that it is not a big loss and that he can download a free and much better graphics program. Try GIMP (Graphics Image Manipulation Program). You can get it here:

(Make sure you download GTK+ and install that before downloading and installing the main GIMP installer.

u can get one out of the system folder of any windows pc and copy it to a disk and give it to him ... or im sure u could google up a download of it ...
