You are not doing anything wrong, but you are unfortunately THINKING wrong. The fact is, believing in Jesus Christ isn't going to cure you of all your physical problems. Probably, you are a new believer, and haven't learned too much yet. Or, you heard some wierd teaching from some off the wall "preacher".
Consider this fact: in 1 Timothy chapter 5 verse 23, Paul recommended to Timothy to stop drinking water, but use a little wine for his stomach, and for his other infirmities.
I am not recommending you go out and get blasted. What it seems to tell us is the water may have been bad, a believer can become ill, even have health problems, God doesn't always cure people(folks have a hard time understanding that one). This wine
notice it says in the Bible "a little". It seems to be for purely medicinal purposes. So, go ahead and try an over the counter med. I don't think God would be offended. Take care.

Your pain has nothing to do with our salvation. Christ suffered and are any better than He? In this world you will have tribulation, but be of good cheer He overcame this and there is His promise in Rev 7:15-16 that God will wipe all tears away. Besides if religion was a panacea for everything, folk would be going to church just for the free lunches.

God works in many ways. Maybe just because he hasn't cured your stomachache yet, doesn't mean he won't. You probably won't have it forever. Think of it this way: If God has to take care of every other child of his, it's kind of a take-a-number system. Wait it out, and save your prayers for when you REALLY need something.

Were you believing that he lives? Or were you believing that believing in him will make your stomache ache go away?
It so happens that Jesus ascended into the clouds like a gentle balloon, and that was eons ago; and your stomache ache is happening now.
Try some remedy in the here and now...

You are not a true believer, first of all, and even if you were, even believers get stomachaches. If the Apostles had to suffer, there is no reason to believe that the rest of us should be any different from them. God answers prayers if you pray according to His will. Do not second-guess Him; He is more knowledgable than we can imagine. Do not doubt that He loves you and wants you to come to Him.

jesus know what is best for you! maybe you need to have a stomach aches to learn some sort of lesson! or just pray a liitle harder maybe the lines are quite busy up there :-)

Adonai Yahshua Ha Mashiach suffered for your sins so that you will not suffer yourself. He has broken the curse that we bestowed upon ourselves when we first sinned. We were given Laws that is difficult to keep in all, so Yahshua Ha Mashiach came to fullfill the Law. But you must remember that he did not abolish it, so do not be lead astray into false teachings of Babylon which desecrates the very Laws that Mashiach ben David kept. Through love and faith in Adonai Yahshua Mashiach we are saved. Put all your trust in him and keep the examples that he taught, it will keep your faith strong and shield you from the false prophecies that claim to be in his name. Read the Scriptures to fullfill your spiritual needs and to build your faith, it's like food to your soul.

I seriously doubt your belief.
When I was coming to believe, I saw miracles almost daily. All I asked came to pass, until only a blind fool could not believe. If you really are considering belief in Jesus, he willl heal your gut in an instant.
