I have 5 cats and some of them like to go after used tissues. Who knows why cats do what they do. We have to throw away tissues in a trash can that has a lid or in the bathroom trash and then keep the bathroom door closed.
Hope this helps.

Cats are weird, end of story. One of mine used to have a thing for toenail clippings and hard skin filed off feet. As my mother was arthritic and couldn't bend to cut her toenails, this job fell to me, and I invariably had a furry assistant biting at the nail clippers. As for the hard skin file - he'd lick that clean if given half a chance, and would then start on Mum's feet.
Does she react the same way to an unused tissue which you've just scrunched up? She's only a kitten, and probably just views them as great kitty toys!

You need to play with her, obviously she is bored. Umm try to get her interested in another thing, like cat nip. I had a kitten just like that and i ended up putting my tissues in Ziploc and then throwing them away. She never went looking for 'em again. Cat nip helps though. So you feel better it's not you're snot shes after, its either attention, or entertainment.

The cat wants to pick up your odour... It's a cat smell-signiture thing.. It's instinctive for them..
I don't think that strange cat behaviour based around picking up smells from people is alarming.
When I get in from work, i change out of the top that I have worn all day... If my cat can get to it, it rubs its head around the dirty top to exchange scent...
Just make sure that your tissues are bagged up properly in your rubbish... Same with my cat & my tops, I just make sure that the cat can't get at the washing!!!
If things still bother you, try your vet. or a pet therapist.

Dogs do this too! You'll have to live with it! Maybe if you put something strong smelling like red pepper flakes in the trash with it..
But I put my snotty tissue in a plastic ziploc sandwhich bag and keep the trashcan off the floor...

Do you have a sinus infection? Honestly, Cat may be after the really yucky stuff from the infection. I suggest flushing them down the toilet for a while, then get a can with a lid...

Throw them in a bin she can't get into or flush them down the loo. She could catch the cold of you so it's important she doesn't play with them.

Please make sure you get rid of your used tissues. You wouldn't give them to anyone else, would you? She's only a baby, and probably hasn't had any injections yet? You wouldn't want her to get cat flu would you.
Also I hope she isn't chewing them. They could be disastrous if she swallows them.
She'll have to learn she can't have all she wants, just like the rest of us. Good luck.

I don't know why your cat is so obsessed. My cat likes floss. He's about 1 year old, and it's about the only thing he's not afraid of.
