ok i actually have 2 questions, one is i just used that l'oreal feria bleaching crap and it doesnt say on the instructions how long i need to wait before i can shampoo my hair so i was wondering if anyone knew that, my second questions is obviously i just destroyed my hair and i use pantene pro v usually but is there a shampoo and conditioner thats not too expensive that will help my hair not feel like straw? my hair is very thick and course anyways and pantene works for it most of the time but i wanna know if theres something better for it thats around the same price i know everyones hair is different so ill list what works and doesnt work on my hair. pantene works, dove kinda works, suave vo5 and tresseme dont work at all. so please give me advice on both of my questions and i will choose a best answer.

Okay- you need to see a color specialist at a salon.

SORRY- Just do it. They will show you what to do.
It sounds like it was not the right product for your hair, and thick darker hair takes longer. Good luck.

I just lost 10" of my own hair to a stupid woman who over processed my hair.

I had to cut it short like the advatar pix- my hair was below my brastrap. Lovely huh>

A friend of mine used the same product and it was so bad she had to cut her hair. I am so sorry for her and for you. She told me nothing worked on her hair. She tried every product that was reputed to help, even Redkin products. I would advise you never to use that product again.
