Is there a younger sibling in the house? Maybe she is not going to the potty, because she wants attention.

2 seems young to be potty training. If the child is ready, it can happen at almost any age, but most 2 year olds are not potty trained unless they are closer to 3. She probably wasn't ready a year ago (WAY too young!) and now she is regressing to her baby ways. I don't think it's anything to worry about -- especially if there is a new baby around. Regression happens a lot in older children when new babies come home. Maybe that's the problem? Either way, I don't think it's a big deal. If she was 5 I'd be worried, but she's not.
BTW, a child isn't considered potty trained until he or she is waking up dry in the mornings. Children who sleep in diapers or Pull Ups are NOT potty trained.

She might still be a bit young, I have three boys. Two of them were in diapers until age 3, the other learned at 2 years 9 months.

One trick I did find to encourage them was to let them choose their underpants when buying them. They really didn't want to wet their 'cool' darth vader underpants.

TRY LETTING HER GO WITH OUT DIAPER DURING THE DAY AND ASK HER EVERY 30 MS. IF SHE HAS TO POTTY AND IF SHE SAYS YES SHOW HER TO THE BATHROOM, ALSO IF IN CASE SHE SAYS NO ,THEN TELL HER TO GO AND LET HER SIT THERE FOR A FEW. EVENTUALLY SHE WILL GET THE MESSAGE AND YOU'LL SAVE MONEY. WORKED FOR ME AND MINE IS 2YRS.7 MTHS.
