I like this guy like he is perfect but...my freind likes him too and she saw him first. So i think its only fair if i back off. Is that a good decision? Like i unno tho i think he likes me because he remebers everything! like beofre he even new my name he was like yu used to have black in ur hair right...cuz i remeber yu from last year and that sorta thing. What should i do?

The decision, isn't yours or your friends. It's really up to him, who he likes better.
If he chooses you over her, she may become jealous, and you could lose her as a friend.
Best that you talk to her, before, he decides which one he prefers, if he does that.
You are willing to back off, if he picks her, so hopefully, she will do the same for you. That's what real friends would do, for each other.

I think you should talk to your friend about the situation. Is she aware of your feelings toward the "guy"? I would try to find out what the "guy" thinks and whom he would prefer to be with. Then the other person should gracefully back off. There will be other boys believe that. Don't let one come between your friend ship. Friends are hard to find.

I guess this is where the competition comes in! He remembers you what about your friend? Get his number and talk! Fair is fair ! You like him so does your friend, but if you don't persue you may miss out on an opportunity!

if its meant to be things wont work out for them
whatever you do dont tell your friend because in the back of her mind she will feel like she has to do whatever he wants to keep him because she knows you will be there to heal his heart
if he is not interested in her and he says something to you then that will be the way it works out.
