I am going to purchase some Dole bagged Spinach and Romaine to serve for a dinner party tonight. I am wondering how confident people are with the safety of our food supply.

I feel safe about the food supply. I recently saw a program on the safety of our food. They showed how some of the foods became contaminated and how they are putting a stop to it. There are so few things in life that we can have faith in and feel safe about. I have adopted a go for it policy, usually I sit around and worry all the time but no more. Yes I would feel safe eating your salad.

think they got that problem solved for the moment. so go right ahead. better if you could buy locally produced.
actually the dole products are probably out of mexico or peru this time of year.. nothing to worry about there except ddt

I have been eating bagged salad every other day for over two weeks and I have not had a problem.

they are pretty aggressive with announcing to the public about any issues they fear is taking place.. i am totally ok with buying it and cleaning it really good myself.. to serve to my family
