1989 Toyota Camry. There doesn't seem to be any bad fuses.
Maybe the switch?

doesnt work at all,probably motor,under the glove box.look to make sure the connector hasnt been knocked off by someones foot.

if it works on high only or a couple settings,it will be the blower motor resistor.in the same air box as the motor,beside it.if you are determined you can replace them yourself.three screws in the motor,two in the resistor.they are just hard to get at.

Have you checked the Blower Resistor it is located next to Blower Motor under the Glove box.

i own a repair shop,and there is a fuse for the heater motor,,and there is a voltage reducer for it also that goes bad and will knock the motor out,,id check the fuses first on it,,that's usually the thing that goes out the most,,good luck hope this help,s.

It might be your "motor" for the blower. I had a S10 a few yrs ago that died in the middle of January and my mechanic changed the motor and I had heat.

Hi if it don't work at all try hitting it, if it starts to work the brushes in the motor are bad it will be behind the glove box.

check wire to motor no woltafw check fuse// reads 12 volts chwxk switch// then checa with 12 volt testlight where motor is 12 volts replace motor// goodluck

your heater is prolly damaged.. bring it to the mechanic and have it fixed.. simple fix..
