I like coffee too, but not every day. I have it once almost every 2 weeks. To help you out, if you feel like drinking coffee, have cocoa instead. Or maybe lemonade, water, iced tea, tea, etc. Sometimes, I chew on minty gum.....whitens my teeth and freshens breath! What's better than that?! Overall, if you feel like drinking coffee, get a substitute instead! ^.^

Some people are just that way with things. In your case it's coffee. There's nothing to do but try to control it. If you can't control it, you're probably stressed out or something. Try eliminating some of that stress first, and you won't have to ingest so much caffeine.

Keep drinking it. Life is too short to give up the things you like. Besides, what if you give it up, eat right and exercise...and then get hit by a bus?

Instead of buying coffee, buy orange juice. It is good for your health, and it taste really good too!!!
