IF the Christian god is willing to forgive everyone of all of their sins and allow them into heaven then why has he not forgiven Lucifer and allowed him back? Is it just another lie by the church?

i am a muslim and do not know much abt christianity. but i respect all relegions.
in our religion in the holy book it says "God is the most merciful of all " it means for all religions of man kind. God will forgive the sins if it didnt get repeated, but wont forgive the sins that are insisted upon.
as for satan, he insists on his sins and doesnt seek God's forgiveness.

The word "Lucifer" (light bringer) only appears once in the Greek NT, and that is in reference to Jesus.

But perhaps the Christians simply believe that Satan never asked for forgiveness, or cannot be forgiven because he rebelled with full evidence of God. Does that mean that we are left with no evidence of God to allow us the opportunity for forgiveness?

First of all you are thinking that all of these fairy tales are true. examine the facts. none of the things anyone tells you about a god or any supernatural being is a lie. it is mearly a hope that people keep in their minds becouse they are afraid of the unknown. religion is a vehicle to controll the masses and spread the thoughts of bigoted humans. it is masked in the guise of goodness and compassion (thinly) and passed off as truth. when you question it's validity you are opressed and driven to the back of the heard. if you close your mind and accept the lies, you are held up as a champion of the cause. nothing has ever been a bigger scam than religion. it has wiggled it's way into the government, in opposition of the founding fathers. it is and has caused wars. it is the opressor of freedom. it's scriptures have condoned slavery, hatred of homosexuals and women. It breeds culture seperation to the point of segregation and murder. We are now entering a period where the rational mind is rising up to defend the human rights of the un believer. the opressive christian, the militant wings of both Islam and christianity will be brought to light for their hypocricy. people are waking up . in America we need to expose religion for what it is doing to the government. We need to rally for rational thought in all areas of government, not christian dogma. The world can be a better place. This is the only existance we will ever have, let's make it a good one.

Um, you began off with a question there yet by technique of the right you had given your self an answer and were in simple terms type of making a reality. Edit- i'm not an truly non secular individual. the different day someone known me from extreme college and requested if I remembered him. I stated, "sure, you used to conquer up my little brother continuously." He couldn't imagine of something to assert for a pair minutes. Then he requested me for my forgiveness. (he's on account that develop right into a born again Christian.) This all got here about again after we were childrens, yet i did not experience mushy forgiving him. I instructed him so. truly, he necessary my brother's forgiveness, not mine. In any difficulty, i imagine the first individual you should search for forgiveness from is the guy you've wronged. even if it truly is extra of empirical type of sin, like taking the lords call in ineffective, then, in case you think in God, actually ask his forgiveness. i ought to frown on attempting to get forgiveness from God in case you've not a minimum of requested for forgiveness from those you've wronged. As for 'those who do not settle for Jesus save their sin and are not forgiven.' i desire you understand that there are 2 fullyyt diverse takes on that in simple terms interior the Christian faith. There Evangelical communities that believe this type, yet there are also huge swaths of Christianity that believe that you're judged by technique of what you do, that a good guy who's a Hindu or a good Buddhist can get to Heaven (even a good atheist, regardless of if that ought to confuse the atheist slightly) can visit Heaven. that is what separates the conservative and innovative branches of the religion. once you've an pastime in seeing some very nuanced communicate of religion you should end over at Meaningoflife.television. Cardinal Lorenzo Albacete's interview is magnificent.

Try asking intellegent questions.

Lucifer isn't a descendant of the house of Adam. Jesus is our "kinsman redeemer". He isn't kin to Lucifer, so Lucifer can't be redeemed.

And with respect to God forgiving "everyone", perhaps you were absent the day John 3:16 was the subject lesson. It's only "whosoever believes in Him" that's redeemed, not everybody.

He will only forgive you of all your sins if you repent. If you don't, then you get to suffer for your sins. Lucifer doesn't want to accept Christ, be forgiven of his sins and can never obtain mortality like us. You can't be forgiven for an unforgivable sin either.

Lucifer doesn't want to be forgiven. He is a sad, pathetic creature who doesn't understand how great God is and his love is beyond his compression. First, Lucifer would have to admit to Jesus that he is a sinner and ask for Him to save him, but I think Hell will freeze over before that happens.

Since we think Lucifer was an angel, (the text doesn't specifically say), presumably angels and Lucifer have different rules regarding their ability to repent. That aside, I would guess that Lucifer wouldn't repent, even if given the chance. You have to repent to be forgiven.

First, If you refer to Lucifer as Satan, its not scripturally correct, the name Lucifer is mentioned once in Isaiah (other bible versions do not)...and refers to the city of Babylon.

The sin against the holy spirit is the only sin to be unforgivable. IT is when people deny the holy spirit at work as in Jesus' case, when he came to earth as the Messiah, the pharisees knew that he is indeed God's son saying that he performed and fulfilled the prophecies but they did deny him then putting him to death.

In Satan's case, he was in the truth but left, he knew well what good and bad is but chose to go on the bad side, he deliberately disobeyed God thereby sinning against the holy spirit. (John 8:44) It would be the same for people who have learned the bible but continous to disobey God deliberately, they do not recognize the holy spirit but denies it.
