Human misery comes from thinking too much. Humans have become their egos which are not real but rather your personality controling you. In order to exist your ego must identify and strengthen itself by creating good and bad. Things just are. Enjoy today. Forget yesterday but learn from your mistakes. Don't worry about tomorrow but be prepared and aware.
